Kent faces an end to traditional nine to five work days

Residents in Kent could be facing the end of the traditional nine to five working day.

That's according to a study by YouGov, saying that almost half of all people now work flexible hours as it encourages them to stay in a job for longer.

Figures say the most desired shift is now the 8am to 4pm - with only a minority of workers preferring the traditional workplace hours.
