Woman petrified by knifeman in bedroom

DETECTIVES have appealed for help after a terrified woman woke to find a knife-wielding man in the bedroom of her home in n Goodnestone, near Canterbury.

Police are hunting the masked raider who broke into the house in The Street at around 2am on Tuesday, February 12. He is described as being between 5ft 10ins and 6ft tall, of slight build with dark eyes. He was wearing a dark fleece and black balaclava with eye and mouth holes.
