Balam have moved across from the Combined Counties League Premier Division and play their games at the Mayfield Stadium, Croydon.

London side Tower Hamlets are a former Essex Senior League side and will be playing games at Phoenix Sports home ground for the season after being allocated a 12-month grace.

Both teams have been moved across to the SCEFL as part of the 2020/21 FA allocations. Greenwich Borough dropped out of the league last season.

Last season's planned re-structuring of steps three and four will now take place at the end of the 2020/21 campaign. It means the SCEFL Premier Division winners will be promoted and the second placed team could also go up automatically or face a play-off against a step four side.
