Ben Stokes' injury means he can't bowl and with Jimmy Anderson and Jofra Archer included, Crawley and Sam Curran drop out.

England levelled the series at 1-1 thanks to a 113-run victory over West Indies in the second Test.

Crawley made a golden duck during England's first innings at Old Trafford and sacrificed his wicket in the chase of quick runs during a lively fourth evening.

Batting at no.3 for England, in preference to his more senior Kent team-mate Joe Denly, Crawley had a first innings to forget. He was out first ball after being caught by Jason Holder at leg slip.

Kemar Roach sent the 22-year-old's middle stump flying in the second innings, departing on 11.

The tall right-hander had gone into that second Test off the back of an impressive performance at the Ageas Bowl, scoring a Test-best 76 for England.
