10-year-old boy attempted suicide after suffering racist bullying at school in Canterbury
Caleb Hills is a pupil at The Orchard special needs school, where there's been almost 200 recorded racial incidents in just two years. His mother say they failed to protect him whilst the school insist their protocols for tackling bullying do work.
