Are there enough maternity staff at East Kent Hospitals to keep women and babies safe?

The Care Quality Commission carried out unannounced inspections at several sites in July.It found midwives were working 20 hour shifts and expectant mums have had to be transferred between hospitals mid-labour, with staff often caring for two patients in childbirth at once.
