Canterbury City Council fail to issue dog fouling fines despite launching crackdown
Canterbury City Council has not issued a single fine in a year after launching a huge crackdown on dog fouling. Under the plans the authority said they would issue an £80 fine if dog walkers could not prove they had two waste bags.
