Canterbury installs controversial anti-terrorism bollards

There are fears the installation of anti-terrorism bollards in Canterbury could gridlock the city. Businesses in the area say they're worried the new measures could affect their trade. Canterbury City Council's spending nearly £800,000 on the bollards which they say will protect residents from terrorist attacks.
