Do you normally turn off your mobile phone before ten o'clock at night?

If you use your phone late at night you could be lowering your quality of life, according to a study by the University of Glasgow. A survey of more than 90,000 people showed that people who check social media into the late hours of the night rate themselves as unhappy and more lonely than those who don't. We asked shoppers in Rochester when they turn off their phones and had Strood GP Dr Julian Spinks in the studio to talk more about the effects of late night phone usage.
