Former Kent Police commander fears serial killer's release

Dubbed Britain's forgotten serial killer, Patrick Mackay was responsible for the brutal axe murder of Shorne vicar Father Anthony Crean back in the 70s. Mackay has changed his identity and has now be granted a move to an open prison - bringing him one step closer to freedom - after spending 45 years in prison.
