Hundreds of bollards installed in Canterbury to protect city from terrorists

More than a hundred bollards will be installed in Canterbury to prevent terrorist attacks. 800,000 pounds are invested by the city to stop cars being able to run pedestrian down. The council insist there isn't an immediate threat to the city, but they say that if nothing is done to prevent it, residents' lives could be put at risk.
