Increase in the number of dogs being abandoned across Kent
Charities are urging pet owners in Kent not to abandon their dogs after a spike in incidents.Just this week, one dog was left tied to a kennel in Swale left with a note to say he was abandoned, while six puppies were found covered in oil in Dover.
