KCC are no longer accepting unaccompanied asylum seeking children

Kent County Council say they're still waiting for a response from the government after refusing to accept anymore unaccompanied asylum seeking children. Nearly 200 migrants have made the perilous crossing in the last 48 hours.On Monday, the authority started turning new arrivals away because they say they reached an unsafe capacity.KCC have threatened legal action against the government, but the Home Office say they've given the county substantial operational support.
