Shoppers in Kent could receive a £500 voucher under new proposals put forward to the government to try and revive the high street.The idea would give every adult a coupon to spend in areas hit hardest by the pandemic such as shops and restaurants.It's hoped that encouraging more people to spend will help the economy recover and save thousands of jobs.
