Kent councils miss out on multimillion parking revenue during lockdown

Kent's district and borough councils have lost at least £12million in parking revenue as a result of the pandemic. As councils hope to recoup some of the income with the reopening of non essential shops next week, high street experts fear shopping habits may have changed for good.
