Kent GPs are said to claim money for non-existing patients.

GPs including here in Kent are being told the NHS fraud squad's investigating claims doctors are claiming money for non-existent patients. Doctors get an average of £150 a year for each patient on their list, but records show there were 3.6 million more patients in the system last year than there were people in England. KMTV's health expert Dr Julian Spinks joined us in the studio.
