A memorial service was held in the memory of the air ambulance crew members who lost their lives at Blue Bell Hill. Graham Budden, Mark Darby and Tony Richardson were killed on July 26, 1998, when the Kent Ambulance hit power cables and crashed into woodland near Blue Bell Hill.
