More than a billion for the arts, but is it enough to save the sector in Kent?

A 1.5 billion pound rescue package has been hailed as a lifeline for the arts in Kent as many of the county's venues faced certain obliteration because of the coronavirus. There are fears however artists could still lose their jobs as theatres are unable to reopen under lockdown restrictions.
