MPs and councillors urge residents to follow the rules as COVID cases start to fall

The number of coronavirus cases in every borough and district across Kent have fallen - in some parts to half of what they were in December. But MP for Swale, Gordon Henderson and hospital bosses say the fight isn't over, although lockdown is working, they're urging people to be more vigilant with the rules.
