It's an announcement many commuters across Kent have been dreading - the return of Operation Brock, the huge contraflow system on the busy M20. The government's announced that from December the scheme will be back to prepare for any hold up at Kent's ports after Brexit. Ashford MP Damian Green admits the project's better than Operation Stack but concedes it will still be a nuisance.
