One of Chatham's main car parks is in such a terrible condition that it is turning shoppers away from the town and could ruin the local economy, according to Medway Labour leader Vince Maple. The remarks are in response to residents' complaints about the bad smell and graffiti of the Brook Car Park's stairwell.
