Kent County Council leader Paul Carter says Operation Brock could be in place as early as Monday. It comes as the EU have offered to extend the Brexit process until the 22nd of May, if MPs back Theresa May's deal. If Op Brock is implemented, it could cause traffic chaos on Kent's roads.
