Residents in Tunbridge Wells are set to face traffic chaos for most of 2019 as extensive roadworks get underway in the town. Civic Way and Mount Pleasant Road are undergoing work to make them more accessible for pedestrians. The closures started this week and are in the first phase of 34 weeks of work.
