Kent Police release CCTV images after alleged purse theft in Week Street, Maidstone

A woman in her seventies reportedly had her purse stolen in Maidstone town centre.

At around 3.30pm on Tuesday, May 11, the victim was in a café in Week Street when it is alleged her purse was stolen from her trolley.

Officers have now issued CCTV images of two women who they believe may be able to help them with their enquiries as they continue to investigate the circumstances of the theft.
