Police are appealing for help following a robbery in Tonbridge.

The incident occurred at around 6pm on Friday, December 16, as the victim, who was collecting money from houses, was walking from Waveney Road to Hamble Road.

He was approached by a man who grabbed him from behind and held him, demanding his money.

Meanwhile, an accomplice searched the victim, finding cash in his pocket. Both suspects then ran off towards the Longmead Ground.

One of the offenders was wearing a dark hooded top, which was pulled down to hide his face.
