A man has been arrested after a teenager was reportedly raped in a park.
The woman was in Brenchley Gardens, Maidstone, between 2am and 3.10am last Sunday when the incident occurred.
The victim, in her late teens, was walking through the park with a man who is said to have attacked her.
They were not known to each other but had spoken during the evening at a bar in Week Street, Maidstone.
A 24-year-old man from Tonbridge has been arrested on suspicion of rape.
He remains in police custody as investigations continue.
