Management have not given away much information about the development as they want to maintain some suspense before its official opening.

however, plans show details of a clear polycarbonate covering suspended with a steel frame, railings, and a bar situated around the familiar dome that can been seen from inside.

The grade II listed building was constructed in 1927 to house Natwest and Kentish Bank and was designed by Frederick Charles Palmer, architect and surveyor for the General Post Office from 1908 and the National Provincial Bank from 1920.
