Crash on A249 Detling Hill

Drivers are warned of delays following a crash on the A249.

The collision, involving two cars, happened in the Sittingbourne-bound carriageway at Detling Hill, shortly before the entrance to the Kent Showground at 11am.

Police and ambulance crews are at the scene and there are no reported serious injuries.

A telegraph pole has been damaged and UK Power Networks are also in attendance.

Lane closures are currently in place.
