X Factor hopefuls Dolled Up are through to the show’s boot camp – but haven’t yet appeared on national television.
The five-girl group, whose members include Georgia D’arcy, 21, from Kings Hill, were told at their audition that they were successful and would be going through to the programme’s next round, known as “boot camp.”
But their audition hasn't yet been shown on the prime time television programme yet, although a few stills of them were shown on the first episode.
The five - Georgia, Lili-Mae Tuttle, Alice Androsch, Lauren Adams and Sophie Holmes - hope to be shown in the next round.
A spokesman for the girls said: “They are really upset and I think it is quite appalling that they didn’t get their audition show, especially when they were shown briefly on the first episode.”
A spokesman for X Factor said: “Due to the amount of acts it isn’t possible to show every auditionee on the television.”
The girls, who recently recorded versions of Lady Gaga and Britney Spears songs at a studio in Bearsted, have a page on facebook and hope people will follow their progress that way.
