Cat lovers and fans of Ru Paul's Drag Race UK should be feline the love with this announcement.

For the second year running LondonCats is bringing its Cat Extravaganza to Maidstone.

But a new judge has made this year's line-up purr-fect.

Drag act Scaredy Kat, who featured on the first season of Ru Paul's Drag Race UK, will be hosting some fun kitty competitions.

There'll be no pussyfooting around for Scaredy, 21, as she'll be hosting and judging an exhibitor and cat fancy dress "fun ring" on both April 18 and 19.

Visitors are encouraged to get in on the action and turn up in their best drag.

Experts will judge the international cat show at Maidstone Market Hall in Lockmeadow, while there will also be vendors selling moggy merchandise.
