Elderly woman taken to hospital after crash in Leeds Road, Langley

An elderly woman has been left with serious injuries after a crash in Langley, Maidstone.

Police confirmed the rush-hour collision happened on Leeds Road last night.

They were called at around 4.45pm after a beige Skoda Octavia travelling from the direction of Heath Road collided with a silver Suzuki Splash.

Two ambulances were called to the scene and each took a patient to Tunbridge Wells hospital. One had sustained a head injury.

The passenger of the silver car, a woman in her 80s, remains in hospital with serious injuries.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the vehicles prior to or during the collision.

They are also keen to speak to anyone who can provide dashcam footage.
