KCC Highways says that Hampstead Lane, in Nettlestead is closed between Station Road and Maidstone Road and advises drivers to find a different route.

The severity is classed as high.

Nearby, in West Street in Hunton there is a road closure at the Grove Lane junction until Tuesday December 8, due to flooding.

The severity is classed as high and a diversion is in place via Vicarage Lane, Yalding Hill, Shinglebarn Lane, Heath Road and Hunton Hill.
