A motorcyclist has been injured after colliding with a car on Loose Road, Maidstone.

The accident happened at 9.19pm yesterday evening.

Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where the motorcyclist was treated for his injuries.

The man was taken to King’s College Hospital with a serious back injury.

The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident and reopened at 11.53pm.
