Serious road crash at Linton Hill, Maidstone

All three major emergency services and the air ambulance have been at the scene of a serious crash in Maidstone.

Fire crews were called at 9.23pm to Linton Hill after the two-car crash.

Two fire engines were called out, together with police, ambulance and the air ambulance.

Police have since confirmed a man in his 20s died.

A road closure was in place between Redwall Lane and Stilebridge Lane and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
