Two men deny murdering Wesley Adyinka who was stabbed in Knightrider Street in Maidstone

Two people will go on trial in November accused of murdering a man who was stabbed to death earlier this year.

Kevin Roach has denied killing Wesley Adyinka in Knightrider Street in Maidstone during the early hours of Sunday, February 10.

He has also pleaded not guilty to wounding his partner Amanda Francis and intending to do her grievous bodily harm during the same incident outside Chaucer House.

He also denied possessing a knife.

Mr Adyinka, 37, was stabbed in the incident near his home in Knightrider Street during the early hours of Sunday, February 10 2019 .

Roach, 39-year-old, of Peace Close, South Norwood, south east London and a 17-year-old both denied the same charges.

CCTV footage is expected to be shown during the trial at Maidstone Crown Court which is scheduled to begin on November 4 in front of Judge Adele Williams.

Two others, who face other charges, did not appear at the hearing.
