Kent-born Alessia Russo has been rated 19th best football player in the world, at least according to the new Top Trumps Football Stars collection.
Russo - who grew up in Maidstone, attended St Simon Stock School, and used to play for East Farleigh Primary School and later Bearsted FC - has been given her own card in the specialised game where she has been placed ahead of players like Kyle Walker and Luke Shaw.
The Lioness helped England to victory in the 2020 Women’s Euros, and in the 2023 World Cup semi-finals scored England's third goal in a 3–1 win against Australia which placed England in the World Cup final for the first time.
Other players featured in the card game are Mbappé, who is ranked third out of 200, just ahead of Harry Kane who is ranked fourth.
Jude Bellingham is the game’s Top Trump.
Another England Lioness, Beth Mead, is also featured.
The top 200 players are being released in a range of six collectable packs across six months until November.
Each card contains fan stats on the player - age, goals, trophies, height, caps and their Top Trumps ranking. Players try to outbid each other with those stats to try to win all the cards.
Each card also includes the player’s position, market value and World Cup appearances, alongside a fact file about the player.
The packs costs £8 each and are available from stores like WH Smith and The Entertainer.
Russo features in Pack 2.
Top Trumps has been around for more than 50 years, during which time there have been collectors packs on themes as diverse as Exotic Cars, Western Gunfighters, Dinosaurs and Harry Potter.
