Lee Rogers of 100 Marathon Club was second, 26 seconds behind, with Folkestone Running & AC’s Nasradine Haroun third (1:19.06).

It was a double triumph for Maidstone Harriers - they took the women’s honours, too, with Beth Rose’s 1:31.23 more than three minutes quicker than Blackheath & Bromley’s Trang Nguyen (1:34.24). Ali Underwood of Dartford Harriers completed the women’s top three in 1:37.52.
