Former Millwall junior Noah Chesmain agrees new one-year deal at Maidstone United

Defender Noah Chesmain will be playing for Maidstone United again next season.

The 22-year-old former Millwall trainee was a popular addition to the squad last season, making 37 appearances and chipping in with a few goals too.

Chesmain joined the Stones last summer following his release from Colchester United.

He's now signed a new one-year deal at the Gallagher Stadium on Friday.

Club chief exec Bill Williams said: “We’re delighted to get Noah back on board for this season, as we see him as a really talented prospect.

“He showed last season what he’s capable of and his game will only improve with the likes of George (Elokobi), Joe (Ellul) and Gavin (Hoyte) alongside him.”

While Hoyte and Elokobi have already agreed to extend their stay at the Stones, former Maidenhead United centre-back Ellul put pen to paper last month.
