A main route through Kings Hill remains closed this afternoon, following an accident involving two cars and a lorry.

The A228 Malling Road was shut in both directions between Gibson Drive and The Street following the collision, which happened in the northbound carriageway at 1.35pm.

Police officers and paramedics attended and a man was treated for minor injuries.
