A passenger is blaming storm Imogen after the bus he was travelling on hit an overhanging branch, cracking the windscreen and denting the vehicle.

The double decker 155 route from Chatham to Maidstone collided with the tree in Eccles at around 1.50pm today.

Another bus is being diverted out to pick them up and continue the route.

James Lloyd reported the incident to Arriva, saying: "Everything's fine, not the drivers fault, must be a branch that blew out after Storm Imogen."

No injuries were reported in the incident.
