Problems on the M20 at Junction 4, Castle Way

Motorists on the M20 are facing delays this morning.

Initial hold-ups were caused by the overnight road-works over running, but now there has been an accident on the coast-bound carriageway at Junction 4, the Castle Way roundabout.

One lane of three is blocked. There are no reports of injuries.

Elsewhere flooding is causing delays on many minor roads.

The B2163 is currently shut from Langley, with diversions in place.

There is also flooding at the foot of Penfold Hill near Leeds Castle.
