A pair of drug dealers were arrested and handcuffed in their beds after police found them surrounded by money and substances.
Officers executed a search warrant at Harry Doncaster’s home in Monkwood Avenue, Wouldham, near Rochester, at around 6am on June 12.
Both men were woken after police broke through the front door and rushed inside.
Searches led to the seizure of almost £20,000 of criminal money, along with substances including almost 100g of ketamine.
Cannabis was also recovered along with tubs containing taurine, a legal stimulant used as a cutting agent.
Keys to a vehicle led officers to a car parked outside, where more cash and drugs were found.
King, 27, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Maidstone Crown Court to charges of possessing cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply, and possessing criminal property, namely the seized cash.
On Monday (November 3), he was sentenced to two years and 10 months’ imprisonment.
Doncaster, 28, admitted the same charges.
The court heard he occupied a lesser role and he received a suspended sentence and will have to complete 150 hours of unpaid work.
The judge ordered the forfeiture of £19,369 in cash, which will go to a charity of the court’s choice.
Detective Constable Andy Warner said: “This case is just one example of how proactive enforcement remains key to disrupting drug supply networks and protecting our communities from harm.
“After King and Doncaster were abruptly woken by our officers, we discovered a vast amount of evidence consistent with large-scale drug supply—including scales, suspected cutting agents, mixing tubs, vacuum seal bags and significant quantities of cash.
“Within the car parked outside, we also found concealed compartments believed to have been used to hide drugs and further evidence of an operation linked to high-level street dealing.”
