Ellise Hendy from Snodland has won this month's kmfm competition £1k Question.

She was among those who texted in the answer to multiple choice question.

After winning the £1,000 prize Ellise revealed she'd entered a kmfm competition on a previous week in which listeners call up to win money if the presenters called out their name on air.

She was called out, but was on her lunch break at the time and her work colleagues did not tell her.

Ellise received a surprise phonecall during the kmfm Drivetime show tonight to say she had won.

She was happy to win because she is going travelling soon with her boyfriend to Thailand, Bali, and Australia.

The winning continues on kmfm from Monday when Say It returns with Garry and Laura on kmfm Breakfast from 8am.
