Two lanes of the M20 were closed following a crash between two cars and a lorry near Malling.
Traffic was very slow following the incident on the London-bound carriageway between junction 4 for Leybourne and junction 2 for Wrotham.
No injuries were reported.
The road was clear by 10.30am.
