A police helicopter was used to search for a stolen vehicle in the Wrotham area early this morning.
Two men from Essex were later arrested on the A20 at West Malling on suspicion of theft, going equipped to steal and burglary.
They remain in police custody while the investigation continues.
The incident happened just after 1am.
