Suspected drug dealer from Ditton appears at court

A suspected drug dealer from Ditton has appeared in court.

On Wednesday a search warrant issued under the Misuse of Drugs Act was executed at an address in St Peters Road.

Officers seized a mobile phone and arrested a man on suspicion of drug supply offences.

A rucksack containing cannabis and electronic scales was also recovered from the back of the premises.

Harry Adlington, 18, of St Peters Road, Ditton, was later charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply.

He was also charged, in connection with two previous arrests, with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, being concerned in the supply of cannabis and possession of amphetamine.

Mr Adlington appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court yesterday where he was remanded to a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court in March.
