Police were called after a black car collided with another vehicle.
Officers attended the scene in Maidstone Road, Rochester, at 8am.
The car partially blocked the junction with Longley Road and caused minor delays.
It is thought a white Range Rover was involved with the incident.
Officers assisted with moving the cars out of the carriageway.
There were no injuries reported.
