Emergency services attend second medical incident in Rainham

Police and ambulance crews dealt with another medical emergency in Rainham.

Several paramedic cars were in attendance to Burrstock Way after the air ambulance was called to Wakeley Road, half-a-mile away, earlier today for another medical incident.

A man was taken to hospital after a police cordon was put in place in the area at around 8am.

Police spokesman James Walker confirmed officers assisted the South East Coast Ambulance Service to deal with the medical incident in Burrstock Way. The two incidents are not linked.
