Woman throws parcels into woodlands in Chatham

A woman, believed to be a delivery driver, was seen launching parcels into a woodland.

Videos and pictures appeared on social media of a woman, thought to work for Hermes, throwing boxes and plastics bags into bushes on North Dane Way, Chatham.

Police were called at 5.44pm to the scene after reports of a woman driving erratically.

A 40-year-old woman from Chatham was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and is currently in custody.
