Emergency services called to medical incident on A229 Taddington roundabout, Blue Bell Hill

Traffic was diverted at a busy roundabout due to a medical incident.

Police were called just after 10am following concerns for a man’s welfare on the A229 Taddington roundabout at Blue Bell Hill, Chatham.

They attended alongside paramedics to support with a medical incident.

Drivers reported seeing the emergency services helping a man at the side of the road.

A diversion was in place while the incident was responded to, and the turn-off for Blue Bell Hill was shut.

Traffic is now easing in the area.
